What is Politics?

          Politics is a special field of interest that can be interpreted differently.In addition, it is the art and science of governance by which the will of the community is arrived and implemented. It can also be the first pursuit and exercise of political power necessary to make binding policy decision for the community and to distribute some governmental benefits. Otherwise, politics is the owning and exercising of power, rule,  authority, and influence for whatever reasons.

          You might be asking what is the purpose of politics?The purpose of politics can be personal,    organizational, individual, institutional, governmental, commercial and collective in nature. Finally, politics exist anytime at any place with anybody trying to own and exercise power and influence to attain given objectives that is why politics inevitably exist in the family, churches, schools, mass media, government, associations, societies, business corruption, and revolutionary groups.

          However, the standard definition of politics would definitely include some elements: power, rule, authority, influence, and manner in which all are acquired and exercise. The manner of acquiring and exercising can be democratic, autocratic, authorization, consensual or irrational.

          Some politicians make the politics as a business but that is wrong because politics is a governance in which people do their task as a leader in the community rather than corrupting. While, business is a profit in which the primary motive of persons engaged it in which they cannot corrupt their own business. We should always remember that politics is not a business but it is a public service!

          But sad to say, politics becomes dirty because there are some corrupt government officials that make the politics as a business. They abused the opportunity while they are still in position which is happened to our country before up to the present.
