The cause and effect of global warming

          In my research, global warming refers to the rising average temperature of Earth's atmosphere and oceans and its projected continuation. Global warming is when the earth heats up (the temperature rises).  It happens when greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide, water vapor, nitrous oxide, and methane) trap heat and light from the sun in the earth’s atmosphere, which increases the temperature.  This hurts many people, animals, and plants.  Many cannot take the change, so they die. 

          An increase in global temperature will cause sea levels to rise and will change the amount and pattern of precipitation, and a probable expansion of subtropical deserts.Warming is expected to be strongest in the Arctic and would be associated with continuing retreat of glaciers, permafrost and sea ice. Other likely effects of the warming include more frequent occurrence of extreme weather events including heatwaves, droughts and heavy rainfall events, species extinctions due to shifting temperature regimes, and changes in crop yields .Warming and related changes will vary from region to region around the globe, with projections  being more robust in some areas than others. 

          The effects of global warming are the ecological and social changes caused by the rise in global temperatures. Evidence of observed climate change includes the instrumental temperature record, rising sea levels, and decreased snow cover in the Northern Hemisphere.Projections of future climate change suggest further global warming, sea level rise, and an increase in the frequency of some extreme weather events.
